Quality policy

Petrosazeh Beinolmelal Aram Co. (IPS) is a knowledge-based industrial contractor that has been actively engaged in and invested in EPC projects within the oil and gas sector since 2008.

In pursuit of enhancing the quality level of its products and services, and in order to fulfill customer requirements, statutory and regulatory obligations, as well as the requirements of applicable industry standards, the Company is committed to establishing, implementing, and maintaining an effective Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 29001:2020, and other relevant specialized standards.

Through the active participation and commitment of its leadership, managers, supervisors, and all employees, IPS has adopted the following strategic and long-term objectives as guiding principles for its operations:

  1. Commitment to the provisions of Charter Board No. 1 (Ethical Principles Commitments) and Charter Board No. 2 (Productivity Commitments).
  2. Enhancing the satisfaction of all stakeholders, both internal and external, and improving customer relations through the implementation of ISO 10004:2018 and ISO 10001:2018.
  3. Expanding domestic and international market share, broadening the scope of activities, and establishing the appropriate platforms for entering new markets through modern marketing methods and strategies, including digital technologies.
  4. Managing the Company’s profitability and financial performance, optimizing and controlling costs, safeguarding corporate assets and properties, and strengthening the Company’s capital base through the application of PMBOK guidelines.
  5. Attracting, retaining, and enhancing the productivity of human resources as the organization’s most essential and valuable assets.
  6. Promoting employees’ knowledge, awareness, and competencies, based on the firm belief that they play a pivotal role in organizational growth and performance improvement, supported by ISO 10015:2019 guidelines.
  7. Managing risks and providing a safe and healthy working environment, while striving to control and reduce hazards and harmful factors through the implementation of ISO 45001:2018.
  8. Pursuing continual improvement in attitudes, performance, and processes in order to achieve quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety objectives and plans, while enhancing organizational productivity through the implementation of the following standards: CE, ISO 10001:2018, ISO 16528-1:2007, ISO 10004:2018, ISO 14001:2015
  9. Managing and improving energy consumption.

The Chief Executive Officer places the continual improvement of organizational processes among the Company’s highest priorities and is committed to establishing an effective evaluation and corrective action system aimed at enhancing process quality.

Furthermore, the CEO firmly believes that the objectives of this policy and the requirements of the quality system shall be realized through the cooperation and commitment of all employees, within the framework of their assigned duties, responsibilities, and authorities. Accordingly, the Company remains committed to ensuring that this policy is properly communicated, understood, and implemented throughout the organization, in a manner aligned with the Company’s capabilities and operational maturity.
